Shipping and Returns

Shipping Your Order

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours after payment has been received.

Depending on the destination and selected delivery method, shipments are handled by different carriers: La Poste, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Relais Colis, Chrono Shop2Shop and DHL for international shipments.

Shipping costs include transportation, order preparation and packaging. Order preparation is free of charge. Shipping fees vary depending on factors such as the total weight of the parcel, its destination and the selected delivery method.

To reduce your shipping costs, we recommend combining your purchases into a single order. Two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping fees apply to each order individually.

We take particular care when preparing your parcels. Packaging is adapted to the items ordered to ensure they are properly protected during transportation.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the end of this period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the items.

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transportation.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund includes the price of the returned items as well as the original delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

Additional costs resulting from the selection of a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-conforming Items or Order Preparation Errors

In the event of an order preparation error on our part or a non-conforming product, return shipping costs are covered by SKI FLAKE, in accordance with applicable statutory warranties.
